Sausage/Chorizo (fried) - diced chorizo, mozzarella, caramelized onions, and spices

Artichoke (baked) - artichoke heart, mozzarella and provolone, basil

Dulce de Leche (baked) - with chopped walnuts, powdered sugar and whipped cream
