Pork Shao Mai (pork dumplings) and Har Gow (shrimp dumplings) with sweet soy sauce and house chili oil.

Lo Mai Gai - Lotus Leaf Rice - glutinous rice wrapped in a lotus leaf with pork and other fillings

Rice Noodle Roll (Coeng Fan) with dried shrimp and scallion

Hong Dao Crispy Cake - sweetened azuki red bean paste baked in a (dense) flaky crust
