Afghan Buffet

Cucumbers, carrots and onions with a garlic dressing, baked eggplant with tomato, Chicken Shami kabob and Chicken Tikka and a ground beef dish with corn, peas and limas

Kabuli Pallow - rice, carrots and raisins cooked in a meat broth; there was no lamb meat that I found; Mahi Grill (Fish Grill - Tilapia)

served with fresh baked Naan and fresh brewed green tea
