Tostada de Ceviche and Lomo Saltado Sandwich

Fish marinated in lime juice and Peruvian seasonings served with red onion, cancha (Peruvian roasted corn) and camote (steamed sweet potato),

Tender chunks of beef tenderloin with tomato, red onion, red wine and aji amarillo (Peruvian yellow pepper) on a toasted French roll, served with french fries and huancaina sauce (cheese and aji amarillo),

also served were tortilla chips and a mild sauce
