Cold plate - cucumber dill yogurt with walnuts, 3 kinds of hummus, muhammara, tabouli, lentils, Lebanese salad, mushrooms, herbs and spices and olive oil,

Warm plate - green beans, squash, potatoes, cauliflower, eggplant and rice, served with a warm, fresh baked pita,
