Boudin kolache and sausage, cheese and jalapeno kolache.  The sausage is a medium grind.  The jalapeno heat comes from the sausage.

Cuban Torta

Not sure if this was labeled as a Cuban Torta or Torta Cubana on the menu board.  It has some of the ingredients of a typical Torta Cubana (which is not the same thing as a Cubano) but not all.  Milanesa, ham, julienned wiener, mayonesa, refritos, avocado, tomato and lettuce on an un-toasted  telera roll.  The sandwich weighed 17.5 oz.
