Cuchara - Comida Corrida
1 Liter aguafresca - cucumber and lime
Consomme de Borrego - lamb soup with potatoes, chickpeas, tomatoes, ancho chile and more
Tamal de Cazuela - baked corn tamale with a filling of ground beef, slivered almonds, olives and raisins, dressed with crema, served with a smoky salsa and refritos negros con queso.
A desert course also followed but I neglected to get a picture; It was a sweet corn cake.
