Cured Plate 2


Clockwise, from the 8 o'clock position - n'duja, a spreadable sausage from Calabria made with Fresno peppers, mortadella with pecans instead of pistachios, in the dark upper corner, pork terrine, a stack of prosciutto, salami, and chicken liver pate, accompanied by ricotta, olives, nuts, green grapes marinated in apple cider vinegar and bread.  The pizza was part of another party's order and not tasted.

At Coltivare.  All meats prepared by co-owned Revival Market.
